Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver within the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO boxes. Please provide a complete street delivery address.
One standard service. Free shipping.
All orders in our delivery area receive free standard shipping. No minimum order value applies. The shipping charge displayed at checkout is $0.
Handling and transit
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee.
Cut-off and working days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our order cut-off is 07:00 PM Central Standard Time (GMT−06:00), fixed year-round and not adjusted for daylight saving time. Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
